FELTUS|HAWKINS DESIGN manages the quality control, budget and scheduling of each project in-house. At any point during the design and building process, our staff registered architect can act as the owner’s agent to provide project-management services that include scope definition, budget and schedule control, design management, contractor procurement, construction observation and agency coordination review.
